Mary Jo founded Masterplan, Inc. in 1991 and led a team of professionals that produced over 2000 bespoke meeting and event experiences globally for a roster of discerning corporate clientele.   As a specialist in the luxury sector of the meeting and events industry, Mary Jo served on the Advisory Board of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts (also a client of Masterplan’s) providing insight and expertise on luxury client needs and expectations.  Mary Jo served on several industry boards, mentored numerous young professionals and won awards such as MPI-CAC Meeting Planner of the Year and Illinois Meetings and Events Hall of Fame Award.  Masterplan, Inc.’s  Meetings and Events Management business was eventually acquired by Creative Group, Inc. allowing concentration on providing consulting services to the hospitality industry.  


Josh, for 18 years, developed and built  a leading sales and service team at US Motivation, one of America’s leading meetings, incentive, convention & events companies. They grew the business to 130 people and managed up to 500 events annually for the financial services and pharmaceutical segments. Over his 33 year career Josh estimates that he has done comprehensive site inspections, convention feasibility evaluations  and  operated complex events at over 1500 hotels in 35 countries world-wide.  Josh has served on hotel industry advisory panels at Corinthia and other luxury international & domestic hotel brands.  Josh also is an active key-man partner in his own global events company and destination management company based in Atlanta and Orlando.  Josh serves as Past President & Honorary Board Member for Site Southeast USA and has earned many awards including SITE Crystal Awards, Telly Awards and IMA Circle of Excellence Awards.  Site Southeast USA's membership has voted him "member of the year" twice  for service & leadership.


Pam is a highly accomplished global meetings & events professional, with a track record of managing complex, multi-faceted programs from conception to completion. She is a trusted advisor and respected leader in the hospitality industry who spent more than three decades designing world-class meetings for A.T. Kearney, a top-tier global management consultancy. Over the course of her distinguished career, she served on the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Board of Directors and was president of the Chicago Area Chapter of MPI. She was twice recognized as Meeting Manager of the Year by Chicago MPI and also named Meeting Planner of the Year. She currently provides consulting and meeting planning services to select clients.


Julie is a 20+ year veteran in the meeting & events industry. She spent 10 years as the director of the travel and meetings department, for the ServiceMaster company, where she managed 200+ meetings annually with a staff of 20. Out of 600+ employees, Julie was the recipient of the “Master of Service” Award, which is the highest achievement given to an employee, recognizing the commitment to serving others, initiative and follow-through to achieve customer satisfaction while exhibiting a professional image and representing the company’s objectives. Julie was selected to be mentored by the company executives as a participant in the 2 year leadership development program, considered to be an in-house MBA.Her creative & extensive production background was developed while managing the artistic process; leading the creative development, planning and implementation of weekly events and conference with an average audience of 20,000 guests at one of the most influential mega-churches in America, Willow Creek. For 2 consecutive years, Julie produced a cirque theme Christmas program, attended by 80,000 over 12 shows, which was also broadcast on CBS.
